Hey Wixians! We have finished the re-encoding of 2250 videos that had problems with their audio. This includes two issues:
(a) videos without sound
(b) videos with sound out of sync
Since the new encoder is also implemented for newly uploaded videos, the bug will not appear anymore. We will monitor this anyway to avoid surprises.
We’re sorry for the inconveniences this might have caused, and we thank you guys for the reports that helped us find the problem.
